Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that the liquidation of the company commenced on the 10th day of June 2002 at 11.01 a.m., when the High Court at Hamilton appointed Derek Farrelly as liquidator of the company pursuant to section 241 (2) (c) of the Companies Act 1993.
