Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Pursuant to Sections 3, 255 (2) (a) of the Companies
Act 1993
On the 20th day of December 2001, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Earth Exchange Limited be liquidated and that Glen Adrian Beal, chartered accountant of Pukekohe, be appointed liquidator for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 20th day of December 2001 at 12.00 midday.
