Take notice that on the 14th day of May 2001, an application for putting Venturi Inc (NZ) Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 2nd day of July 2001 at 9.30 a.m.
