Bruce McCallum and Keith Palmer, chartered accountants, were appointed liquidators of Metridum Holdings Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 7th day
of December 2001 at 12.30 p.m.
Notice of Meeting of Creditors
Pursuant to section 245 of the Companies Act 1993, the liquidators will dispense with the meeting of creditors.
Notice to Creditors to Lodge Claims
The liquidators have fixed the 21st day of January 2002, as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.
Creditors who have not made a claim at the date of distribution is declared will be excluded from the benefit of that distribution and may not object to that distribution.
