Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
On the 4th day of December 2001 at 12.00 midday, the shareholders of the above-named company passed a special resolution that the company be placed into liquidation and, having filed a resolution as to solvency pursuant to sections 243 (8) and 243 (9) of the Companies Act 1993, that Euan Boyd Lindsay Hilson, chartered accountant, be appointed liquidator.
