Notice of Appointment of Liquidator
Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, Michael John Turner, chartered accountant of Polson Higgs & Co, was appointed liquidator of Bold Securities Limited.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of November 2001 at 5.00 p.m.

Notice to Creditors to Claim
