Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Meeting to Creditors
Pursuant to Section 243 of the Companies Act 1993
On the 1st day of February 2001 at 5.00 p.m., it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, that Energy Plant Services Limited be liquidated and that Thomas Lee Rodewald and Sheree Ann Jefferson, chartered accountants of Te Puke, be appointed as joint and several liquidators for the purpose.
The liquidation commenced on the 1st day of February 2001 at 5.00 p.m.
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held by way of an assembly of creditors at Conference Room 3, Quality Hotel, Garnett Avenue, Te Rapa, Hamilton, on the 15th day of February 2001 at 3.30 p.m.
Business
The business to be transacted at the meeting is:
1. Consideration of a statement of the position of the company's affairs and list of creditors.
2. Consider whether to appoint other liquidators in place of the present liquidator.
3. Consideration whether to pass resolutions setting out views of creditors relating to the liquidation.
4. Consideration of appointment of a liquidation committee and, if so, to appoint members of that committee.
