Under the Companies Act 1993, between the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, of Wellington- Plaintiff:
And- Edserv Limited, a company duly incorporated under the Companies Act 1993, and having its registered offices at care of Scott MacDonald Accountants, First Floor, Ibis House, 183 Hereford Street, Christchurch-Defendant:
Take notice that on the 19th day of April 2000, an application for putting Edserv Limited into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch.
The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on the 29th day of May 2000 at 9.30 a.m.
Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before
that day.
The applicant is the Commissioner of Inland Revenue, whose address for service is at the offices of Messrs. Raymond Donnelly & Co., Barristers and Solicitors, Level Five, Amuri Courts, Durham Street (P.O. Box 533), Christchurch.
Documents for services on the above-named plaintiff may be left at the address for service or may be:
(a) Posted to the solicitor at P.O. Box 533, Christchurch; or
