Southfish Limited and Ressall Holdings Limited Notice of Amalgamation Proposal The directors of Southfish Limited and Ressall Holdings Limited hereby give notice that the two companies are amalgamating on the 1st day of November 1999. The copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditors of either amalgamating company or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation, at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies being McCulloch & Partners, corner of Kelvin and Spey Streets, Invercargill, and the factory office of Southfish Limited at Island Harbour, Bluff, from 9.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. on normal working days. A shareholder or a creditor of either of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom either of the amalgamating companies is under an obligation is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to either of the amalgamating companies.
