Gore Services Limited (``the company'') Notice of Proposed Amalgamation Notice is given by the board of the company that it is proposed that the company will amalgamate with Gore Services Fuel Limited on the 30th day of September 1999. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection during normal business hours, by any member or creditor of the company or to any person to whom the company is under an obligation.
