Hullena Holdings Limited (``the company'') Notice in Respect of an Amalgamation Proposal Pursuant to Section 221 (4) (b) of the Companies Act 1993 It is proposed that Hullena Holdings Limited and Valvring Oil Limited be amalgamated with effect from the 16th day of February 1999. The amalgamated company will continue to be known as Hullena Holdings Limited.
