Tasman Computing Limited and Tasman Services Limited Notice of Proposed Amalgamation of Companies Pursuant to Section 221 (4) of the Companies Act 1993 The above-named companies hereby give notice of their intention after the 3rd day of April 1999, to amalgamate. The amalgamating companies shall continue as Tasman Computing Limited. Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation at the registered offices of the amalgamating companies or at the offices of KPMG Legal, KPMG Centre, 9 Princes Street, Auckland, during normal business hours. A copy of the amalgamation proposal will be supplied without charge upon the request of any shareholder or creditor of the amalgamating companies or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation.
