Land Transfer Act Notice I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of two certificates of title for the below-named applicants pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below. Such certificates of title may be issued and the existing registered estates determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 20th day of January 2000. The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/51 is James Daniel Baird. The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/141 is Charles Barber Press.
