Land Transfer Act Notice I hereby give notice of an application lodged with me for the issue of two certificates of title for the below-named applicants pursuant to section 3 of the Land Transfer Amendment Act 1963, for the land described below. Such certificates of title may be issued and the existing registered estates determined unless caveat forbidding the same is lodged on or before the 20th day of January 2000. Application 5779 by Mark Windley and Jolene Anna Windley of Kimbolton, farmers, for firstly an estate in fee-simple in 2.5320 hectares, more or less, being part of Section 233, Town of Sandon, being also Lot 1 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 85992, and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 15/51, and for secondly, an estate in fee-simple in 7688 square metres, more or less, being Lots 364 and 366 Deposited Plan 83, being also Lot 2 on a plan lodged for deposit under No. 85992 and being part of the land contained in certificate of title 15/141. The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/51 is James Daniel Baird. The registered proprietor of the land in certificate of title 15/141 is Charles Barber Press.
