Vesting of Reserves in the Buller District Council Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby vests the reserves described in the Schedule hereto, in the Buller District Council in trust for recreation purposes subject to the provisions of the said Act.
