Classification and Naming of Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby classifies the reserve, described in the Schedule hereto, as a scenic reserve, for the purposes specified in section 19 (1) (a) of the Reserves Act 1977, and further, declares that the said reserve shall hereafter be known as the Purakaunui Stream Scenic Reserve. Schedule Otago Land District Clutha District Council 23.5100 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 24298, situated in Block VI, Woodland Survey District. Held in transfer 877739/9.
