Revocation of a Declaration that Land Should Be Protected Private Land Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager for the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette, 1981, page 3823, declaring that the private land, described in the Schedule, shall be protected private land for historic purposes.
