Declaration That Land is Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolution concerning the parcel of land described in the Schedule hereto was passed by the Rodney District Council at its meeting on the 2nd day of August 1999: ``That in exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 (1) of the Reserves Act 1977, the Rodney District Council resolves that the land described as part Allotment 256, Paremoremo Parish being the residue of the land described in certificate of title 24A/1113 (North Auckland Registry) held by the council in fee simple, shall be, and the same is hereby declared to be, a reserve for recreation purposes within the meaning of the said Act''.
