Revocation of Part of a Reserve Pursuant to section 24 of the Reserves Act 1977 and acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby revokes the reservation as a recreation reserve described in the Schedule hereto and further declares that the said land shall be Crown land, subject to the Land Act 1948.
