Reservation of Land Classification and Vesting Pursuant to section 167 of the Land Act 1948 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator of the Otago Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, with the consent of the Minister of Lands, hereby sets apart the land described in the Schedule hereto as a reserve and further pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, declares the said land to be classified for recreation purposes and vests the said reserve in the Central District Council in trust for that purpose.
