Declaring Land to be Held for Conservation Purposes Pursuant to section 7 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987 and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Acting Conservator for the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby declares that the land described in the Schedule hereto, is held for conservation purposes subject to the Conservation Act 1987 and it shall hereafter be so held.
