Revocation of Reservation Over a Reserve The Community Relations Manager, Wanganui, acting under delegated authority, revokes the reservation as a local purpose (esplanade) reserve, over the land, described in the Schedule hereto, and further, declares that the said land may be disposed of by the South Taranaki District Council in such manner, at such price and on such terms and conditions as the council shall determine, the proceeds from any such sale to be paid into the council's reserve account, such moneys to be used and applied in or towards the improvement of other reserves under the control of council or in or towards the purchase of other land for reserves. Schedule Wellington Land District South Taranaki District 12.4158 hectares, being Lots 5, 8, 9, 12, 13 and 14, D.P. 75840 contained in certificates of title 42D/151, 42D/152, 42D/153, 42D/154, 42D/155 and 42D/156.
