Declaration That Land is Reserve Land and Naming of Those Reserves Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Deputy Community Relations Manager for the Auckland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies that the following resolutions concerning the parcels of land described in the First and Second Schedules hereto were passed by the Auckland City Council at its meetings on the 28th day of June 1996 and the 21st day of August 1999: ``In exercise of the powers conferred on it by section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977, the council hereby resolves that the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the First Schedule hereby, shall be and the same is hereby declared to be a scientific reserve within the meaning of the said Act''. ``Pursuant to section 14 of the Reserves Act 1977 the piece of land held by the council in fee simple and described in the Second Schedule below is declared to be a reserve and shall be classified and held as a scenic reserve for the purposes described in section 19 of the said Act''. Furthermore, it is hereby declared that the scientific reserve described in the First Schedule hereto be known hereafter as the Okahuiti Scientific Reserve and that the scenic reserve described in the Second Schedule hereto be known hereafter as the Te Toki Scenic Reserve. North Auckland Land District Auckland City First Schedule 8.1710 hectares, more or less, being Lot 2, D.P. 196914, situated in Block V and VI, Waiheke Survey District. Part certificate of title 89C/257. Second Schedule 7.0158 hectares, more or less, being Lot 1, D.P. 196914, situated in Block V, Waiheke Survey District. Part certificate of title 89C/257.
