Vesting of a Reserve in Te Runanga o Ngi Tahu Pursuant to section 155 (5) of the Ngi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Otago Conservator of the Department of Conservation, hereby notifies the vesting of the reserve described in the Schedule hereto in Te Runanga o Ngi Tahu, pursuant to section 26 of the Reserves Act 1977, as an historic reserve. Schedule Otago Land District Central Otago District 1.3994 hectares, more or less, being Area ``B'', S.O. 24896, subject however to the condition imposed by section 155 (4) (a) of the Ngi Tahu Claims Settlement Act 1998.
