Setting Apart Maori Freehold Land as a Maori Reservation Pursuant to section 338 (1) of Te Ture Whenua Maori Act 1993, on the recommendation of the Maori Land Court, the Maori freehold land described in the Schedule hereto, is hereby set apart as a Maori reservation for the purpose of marae, papakainga and recreation, to be known as Te Moengaroa me nga whangai whanau for the common use and benefit of the descendants of Moengaroa Tangatahe. Schedule North Auckland Land District All that piece of land situated in Block XVI, Mahurangi Survey District and described as follows: Area ha Being 0.8096 Opahi 2A5, being all the land contained in partition order of the Maori Land Court dated 30 October 1963, and being all the land in certificate of title, Volume 16B, folio 166 (North Auckland Registry).
