Declaring Conservation Land to be a Reserve Pursuant to section 8 (1a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Conservator, West Coast Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby declares that, the conservation area described in the Schedule hereto, shall be set apart as a reserve, subject to the Reserves Act 1977, and further, subject to section 23 of the latter Act, classifies the reserve as a local purpose (hall site) reserve, and declares that the said reserve shall form part of the Kokatahi Local Purpose (Hall Site) Reserve.
