Reclassification of a Reserve Pursuant to the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager of the Southland Conservancy of the Department of Conservation, hereby changes the classification of the reserve, described in Schedule One hereto, from a recreation reserve to a local purpose (cemetery) reserve, and further changes the classification of the reserve described in Schedule Two from a recreation reserve to an historic reserve, subject to the provisions of the said Act. Further, that a right of way, as defined in Schedule Three, be granted over the reserve described in Schedule One in favour of the reserve described in Schedule Two.
