Amendment to a Notice Classifying a Reserve Pursuant to section 6 (3) of the Reserves Act 1977, and to a delegation from the Minister of Conservation, the Community Relations Manager, Otago Conservancy, Department of Conservation, hereby amends an error in the notice classifying the reserve described in the Schedule hereto, and published in the New Zealand Gazette of 25 February 1999, No. 23, page 577, by omitting from the said notice ``subject to the provisions of section 9 (1) (a)'' and inserting in their place ``subject to the provisions of section 19 (1) (a)''.
