Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 (1) of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 16 June 1999, granted under those regulations to Mattie Matthews, in respect of Ki Te Marama Te Kohanga Reo (20356), situated at 128 Boundary Road, Blockhouse Bay, Auckland.
