Revoking the Prohibition from Prescribing Controlled Drugs Pursuant to section 23 (3) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 23 August 1984, which prohibits the prescribing of controlled drugs by Dr Leonard William Brake, medical practitioner of Auckland.
