Amendment to Medical Practitioners Who May Prescribe, Administer, or Supply Controlled Drugs for the Purpose of Treating People with Drug Dependence Pursuant to section 24 (5) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Janice Marjorie Wilson, acting under delegated authority from the Minister of Health, amend the notice published in the New Zealand Gazette of 29 September 1998 at page 5, by deleting the following words: ``Dayll Jensen of Christchurch'' thereby revoking the authorisation for Dr Jensen to prescribe, administer, or supply controlled drugs for the purposes of that section. Dr Dayll Jensen was specified as a medical practitioner who could prescribe, administer, or supply controlled drugs for the purposes of section 24 (5) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975. Dr Jensen has relocated from Christchurch and is now practicing in Rotorua. She no longer requires the specification under 24 (5) (a).
