Prohibition From Prescribing Controlled Drugs Pursuant to section 23 (1) (a) of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, on the recommendation of the Medical Council of New Zealand, hereby prohibit the prescribing of Class B controlled drugs by Dr Ngaamo Russell Thomson, medical practitioner of Te Kuiti.
