The Opotiki College Board of Trustees Staff Election Invalidation Notice Pursuant to clause 9 (3a) of the Sixth Schedule to the Education Act 1989, and acting with authority delegated by the Minister of Education, I hereby invalidate the election of a staff representative for the Board of Trustees of Opotiki College in which voting closed on 19 August 1999. The poll for a new election for a staff representative shall close on 26 October 1999. This notice shall take effect the day after its notification in the New Zealand Gazette.
