Cancellation of Licence for an Early Childhood Centre Pursuant to regulation 12 of the Education (Early Childhood Centres) Regulations 1998, and acting under authority delegated by the Secretary for Education, I hereby cancel the licence dated 19 March 1997, which was granted under those regulations to Jean Benge in respect of: Mangamahu Playcentre (51011), situated at Old Ngaturi School Site, R.D. 16, Wanganui.
