classes and fees payable for fishing licences within the Taupo District"> Notice Fixing Forms, Classes and Fees Payable for Fishing Licences Within the Taupo District Pursuant to section 48a (2a) of the Conservation Act 1987, and section 14 (11) of the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1926, I, Nick Smith, Minister of Conservation, hereby give notice that: (i) The following licences to take trout may be issued: (a) A whole-season licence, which shall come into force on the date of its issue and shall expire with the next 30th day of June, or, if the whole-season licence is issued during the month of June in any year, it shall come into force on the 1st day of July in that year and shall expire with the 30th day of June in the next succeeding year; (b) A monthly licence, in which the second day named therein shall be a day not later than the day one calendar month after the day preceding the first day named therein; (c) A weekly licence, in which the second day named therein shall be a day not later than the day 6 days after the first day named therein, so that if the first day named is a Tuesday the second day shall be the following Monday; (d) A day licence, which shall be in force only on the day named therein. (ii) The following classes of fishing licences and fees (which fees are inclusive of goods and services tax payable under the Goods and Services Tax Act 1985) shall apply within the Taupo District. (iv) The terms used in this notice shall have the meaning given to them in the Taupo Fishing Regulations 1984. The holder of this licence Full name, of Full postal address, is hereby authorised to take trout within any part of the Taupo District between the dates (or during the period) shown hereon, subject to the above Acts and to all regulations made under them which are for the time being in force in the said District. Form 2 FORM OF DAY FISHING LICENCE Taupo Trout Fishing Licence Adult's Day Licence to Fish Pursuant to the Maori Land Amendment and Maori Land Claims Adjustment Act 1926, and the Conservation Act 1987. The holder of this licence Full name, of Full postal address, is hereby authorised to take trout within any part of the Taupo District on the date (or during the period) shown hereon, subject to the above Acts and to all regulations made under them which are for the time being in force in the said District. Date available to 12 midnight. Date of issue Time of issue a.m./p.m. Signature of licence holder (not valid until signed) (Name and address of issuing officer) (Note: ``Children's'' may be substituted for ``Adult's'' in the above form as appropriate). This notice revokes Gazette notice No. 3488 of 12 June 1997 and notice No. 5346 of 7 August 1997. This notice shall come into effect on the 1st day of July 1999. Explanatory Note: These fees have been set to recover the anticipated costs of management of the Taupo Fishery for the 19992000 season. The notice also revokes the two previous notices setting licence fees.
