Revocation of Prohibition of the Prescribing of Medicines Pursuant to section 48 (3) of the Medicines Act 1981, I, Wyatt Creech, Minister of Health, hereby revoke the notice issued on 24 April 1997, which prohibits the prescribing of benzodiazepines and their derivatives by Dr Yew Wah Teh, medical practitioner of Whangarei.
