Dissolution of Board of Trustees and Appointment of Commissioner at Waimokoia Residential School, Auckland Pursuant to section 106 (1) (aa) of the Education Act 1989, for the reason that so many casual vacancies have arisen that from 29 April 1999, there will no longer be any member of the board who is eligible to preside at meetings of the board, I hereby dissolve the Waimokoia Residential School Board of Trustees and appoint Mr Ross Knight as commissioner to act in its place from 29 April 1999.
