The Ministry of Commerce wishes to advise that Radio Spectrum Auction No. 3 will commence at 10.00 a.m. on Monday, 29 March 1999. Bidders should be registered for the auction before 4.00 p.m., on Thursday, 25 March 1999. Radio Spectrum management right lots and licence lots suitable for a number of different technologies including second and third generation cellular services (known as PCS), as well as fixed linking services, are included in the auction. The multiple round auction will be held electronically, via the internet.
