Unclaimed Property Notice of Order Made by the High Court Appointing the Public Trustee Manager Under Section 80 of the Public Trust Office Act 1957 Whereas: 1. Alexander James Maclaine, the owner of the property mentioned in the Schedule hereto died in Blenheim on the 25th day of November 1945, and it is not known whether any agent or administrator in New Zealand has authority to take possession of and administer the property. 2. By order of the High Court at Blenheim on the 8th day of February 1999, the Public Trustee has been appointed manager of the property under section 80 of the said Act. Schedule An interest created by a memorandum of transfer 6684 (Blenheim Registry) in Allotment 94 of the Subdivision of Section 1 of the District of Omaka, contained and described in certificate of title, Volume 23, folio 220 (Blenheim Registry).
