Saw-Mow Services Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Intention to Remove a Company From the New Zealand Register Pursuant to Section 318 of the Companies Act 1993 Notice is hereby given that it is intended to remove Saw-Mow Services Limited, having its registered office at 21 Hinemoa Street, Rotorua, from the New Zealand Companies Register under section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, on the grounds that it has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its memorandum and articles of the Companies Act 1993. Unless written objection to the removal, under section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is made to the Registrar of Companies by the 12th day of January 2000, being not less than 20 working days of the date on which this notice was published, the Registrar may dissolve the company.
