CSK New Zealand Limited Notice of Removal of the Company From the New Zealand Register Pursuant to Section 320 of the Companies Act 1993 CSK New Zealand Limited, at the Nineteenth Floor, Telstra Business Centre, 191201 Queen Street, Auckland, hereby gives notice that it intends to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Wellington, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register on the basis that the company has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. Any objection to the removal of the company from the New Zealand Register must be made to the Registrar by the 24th day of December 1999, being not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice.
