Rockcliffe Park Limited Notice of Intention to Apply for Removal of Rockcliffe Park Limited From the Register Take notice that the shareholder of Rockcliffe Park Limited authorised by a special resolution of the shareholder of the company dated the 22nd day of November 1999, proposes to apply to the Registrar of Companies at Auckland, pursuant to section 318 (1) (d) of the Companies Act 1993, for the removal of Rockcliffe Park Limited, whose registered office is 106 St Stephens Avenue, Parnell, Auckland, from the New Zealand Register, on the grounds that Rockcliffe Park Limited has ceased to carry on business, has discharged in full its liabilities to all its known creditors and has distributed its surplus assets in accordance with its constitution and the Companies Act 1993. Unless written objection to such removal, pursuant to section 321 of the Companies Act 1993, is delivered to the Registrar at Auckland by the 6th day of January 2000 (being the date not less than 20 working days after the date of this notice), the Registrar may remove Rockcliffe Park Limited from the Register.
