Wilfred Eversley Black Trust Application to Approve Scheme Relating to Certain Charitable Trusts Contained in the Will of the Late Wilfred Eversley Black One part of Wilfred Eversley Black's residuary estate was left for the Waimate Nurses Home for the use and benefit of the residents therein. The gift is unable to be carried out. A scheme has been prepared, proposing that the trust fund shall be held by the New Zealand Nurses Organisation who shall hold the fund to be known as ``The Pop Black Memorial Scholarship Fund'' upon trust to apply the net annual income arising to provide scholarships to assist first year nursing students who are residents of the Waimate District. Copies of the scheme and the report of the Attorney-General on that scheme may be inspected, free of charge, at the Office of the Registrar of the High Court at Timaru or at the offices of the Solicitors for the Trustee, Pasley Dean & Kirk, 20 Wear Street, Oamaru. An application to approve the scheme will be heard in the High Court in Timaru on the 22nd day of September 1999 at 9.30 a.m. Any person desiring to oppose the scheme is required to give notice of his or her intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Timaru, and to the trustee, Health South Canterbury Limited at the offices of Pasley Dean & Kirk, Solicitors, 20 Wear Street, Oamaru and to the Attorney-General, not less than 7 clear days before the above-mentioned date.
