Application to Enlarge Purposes of Bishop Hadfield Memorial Trusts Take notice that the board of governors of the Bishop Hadfield Memorial Trusts together with the trustees of the Anglican Diocese of Wellington will make application to the High Court at Wellington at 10.00 a.m. on the 6th day of September 1999, to enlarge the purposes of the Bishop Hadfield Memorial Trusts in the following ways: (a) To include a preparation for a vocational diaconate as well as for priesthood; (b) To include post-ordination as well as pre-ordination training; and (c) To enable grants to be made to institutions acting under the authority of the Diocesan Synod or Te Hui Amorangi that provide theological education and ministry training for lay ministry as well as for ordination candidates. Any person desiring to oppose the application is required to give written notice of his/her intention to so to the Registrar of the High Court and the Attorney-General of New Zealand not less than 7 clear days before the 6th day of September 1999.
