Application to Approve Scheme Relating to Certain Charitable Trusts Contained in the Will of the Late Isabella Phoebe Andersen One part of Isabella Phoebe Andersen's residuary estate was left for the Medical Research Foundation of New Zealand. This gift is unable to be carried out. A scheme has been prepared, proposing that the gift be paid to the Health Research Council of New Zealand for its general purposes. An application to approve the scheme will be heard in the High Court in Palmerston North on the 30th day of August 1999. Any person desiring to oppose this scheme shall give written notice of their intention to do so to the Registrar of the High Court at Palmerston North, the Attorney-General and the trustees, care of Grant O'Donnell, Solicitors, P.O. Box 900, Palmerston North, not less than 7 clear days before that date.
