Advertisement of Application for Putting Company into Liquidation Take notice that on Thursday, the 15th day of April 1999, an application to put Specialty Aircraft Construction Limited (in receivership) into liquidation by the High Court was filed in the High Court at Christchurch. The application is to be heard before the High Court at Christchurch on Monday, the 17th day of May 1999 at 9.30 a.m. Any person, other than the defendant company, who wishes to appear on the hearing of the application must file an appearance not later than the second working day before that date.
