Warren Fowler Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Claim Notice is given pursuant to section 255 (2) of the Companies Act 1993, that, by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 122 of the Companies Act 1993, Douglas Kim Fisher was appointed liquidator of the above-named company on the 19th day of October 1999. A resolution as to solvency of the company has been filed with the Registrar of Companies, Auckland. The liquidation commenced on the 19th day of October 1999.
