Woodland World Limited (in liquidation) Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 255 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by way of entry in the minute book of the above-named company in accordance with section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, the members of Woodland World Limited (in liquidation) passed a special resolution on the 14th day of July 1999, winding up the company and appointed Warwick John Ainger, chartered accountant of Ainger Tomlin, chartered accountants of Christchurch, as liquidator of the company with effect from the 14th day of July 1999.
