Benmore Products Limited (in liquidation) (``the company'') Final Notice to Unsecured Creditors to Submit Claims Against the Company Pursuant to Section 304 of the Companies Act 1993 David Bryden Davidson and Richard Dale Agnew, chartered accountants of Auckland, were appointed jointly and severally as liquidators of Benmore Products Limited by special resolution of the shareholders on the 23rd day of October 1997. The liquidators are about to make a second distribution to unsecured creditors. The liquidators fix the 4th day of December 1998, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claim, and to establish any priority their claims may have, pursuant to section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such claim is made.
