New Zealand Container Terminal Operators' Association (Inc) (in liquidation) Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator Pursuant to Section 225 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1955 On the 17th day of December 1997, it was resolved by special resolution of shareholders, pursuant to section 241 (2) (a) of the Companies Act 1993, that New Zealand Container Terminal Operators' Association (Inc) be liquidated and that Jugdis Hira Parbhu, chartered accountant of Ross Melville PKF, be appointed liquidator for the purpose. The liquidation commenced on the 17th day of December 1997. Creditors and shareholders may direct inquiries to me during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below. Notice to Creditors Liquidator's Section 245 To all known creditors: Notice is hereby given by the liquidator, pursuant to section 245 (1) (b) of the Companies Act 1993, that: 1. The liquidator does not consider that a meeting of creditors should be called for the purpose specified in section 243 (1) (a) (b) of the Companies Act 1993. 2. The reason why the liquidator so decided is the company is solvent. 3. No such meeting will therefore be called unless a creditor gives notice in writing to the liquidator, within 10 working days after receiving this notice, requiring a meeting to be called.
