Sutherland, Land Information New Zealand, declares that, an agreement to that effect having been entered into, the land described in the Schedule to this notice is hereby acquired, subject to agreements as to fencing contained in transfers 168813 and 211834, for a State school and shall vest in the Crown on the date of publication of this notice in the New Zealand Gazette. Schedule North Auckland Land District 2110 square metres, being Lot 1, D.P. 60121 and being part of Allotment 25, Parish of Paremoremo. All certificate of title 15B/399.
